Body Fit - Body weight training is a group circuit training and endurance program that will get your body back on track fast. It is designed to help all ages improve or increase their level of fitness. I t will also help to develop better strength, flexibility, mobility and burn more calories. You choose the amount of reps that you feel comfortable doing in a selected time period.
You will improve your pace with the help and guidance from the instruc tor. You will be shown correct form to improve your fitness levels.
